About Charlotte
Graduating with a BM in Songwriting from Berklee changed how I hear music. I balance my time between performing in San Francisco and teaching local musicians.
My studio welcomes self-taught players, working professionals, and those preparing for grade exams. Developing strong foundations is key to playing well.
I have spent 9 years helping guitarists find their voice on the instrument. My curriculum covers everything from reading sheet music and lead guitar to electric technique.
Power chords and complex strumming patterns are also central to my teaching. I help people move from the open mic to their own home recording studio within a single year. You will find my approach is grounded in the reality of being a working musician. I look forward to helping you reach your own creative goals soon.

Sitting down for a guitar session involves a mix of technique and musical application. You get a custom practice module with every lesson to keep your momentum going all week long. We spend time on ear training to ensure your hands and brain stay connected while playing. Being a Berklee graduate means I explain music theory in ways that actually make sense for your songs.
My 9 years of teaching experience help me keep things fun and practical for every skill level. You will find the environment is focused on steady progress that feels natural.
