About Jovanny
I am a recent bioengineering graduate from the University of California Berkeley. I have serviced Berkeley STEM majors with academic aid as the Academic V.P for the Hispanic Engineers and Scientists in UC Berkeley where I designed workshops and tutoring sessions in mathematics and physics to improve not only their grades and ability to think critically. Through my studies in Berkeley, I have developed a deep understanding of physics and math at both applied and theoretical levels. I am a passionate latino engineer that enjoys sharing his knowledge to help inspire and create the next generation of STEM professionals.

I offer instruction to student from 8th-12th grade and college students. If you do not fit these categories don't fret! Please contact me regardless about what you may want out of this experience to see if I am able to offer tutoring.
My teaching method involves a three step approach: diving in depth into the core basic principles, problem solving on the fly, reiteration of steps 1 and 2 with more advanced topics and problems. It may seem like a simple process but it has been an effective one in my experience.
What I expect from the student: All I ask of the student is to be a hard worker. A deep passion for a subject is not something even people my age gave ! It is my job to bring that to the student.
