Nicholas's resume

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my interest in the tutor position for Superprof. Based on the qualifications and the requirements that are necessary, I strongly believe that my educational background and experience in many leadership positions make me a prime candidate for this opportunity. I am highly excited about this position because it allows me to expand my knowledge and work with games further as well as further learn more about the esports world at the same time. During my undergraduate years I was exposed to various opportunities where I had to process and manage information well. From the science classes that I took at UC Berkeley to my position at CMG Financial in San Ramon, I have proven my ability to filter through nonessential material and deduce what is of the highest priority. As a result I have excelled in managing tasks very well in the allotted time frame.
My previous experience working as a mentor and program coordinator at Cleveland Elementary School in Oakland further enhanced my coaching as well as my listening skills. There, I had to regulate many students and work with a team to assess which students would benefit from certain activities and which worked better under a different set of conditions. Similarly, my responsibilities as an LSAT Supervisor for Kaplan Test Prep helped me grow immensely in my ability to address a mass of individuals effectively. From giving speeches at the National Tournament of the National Forensics League, to my current state, I continue to improve this skill daily.
Working with numerous faculty members both at the University and Elementary level, I possess a keen awareness on how best to manage professional clientele. As Vice President and Social Chair for the Berkeley Legal Studies Association, the duties of the position required that I organize and coordinate activities effectively alongside many members of the University’s faculty. If the sought after results were to be realized I had to make sure that I was not only swift in my response time but also that I was clear and direct about what needed to be done. Being in close proximity with a great many educated individuals from various backgrounds, I learned that being trustworthy and straightforward are prime characteristics that one must have in order to be successful when communicating to others. Such knowledge helped me well in my Call Center position where I became an effective by helping amass over $30,000 in donations during my time there.
With the skills presented I know that I will adopt the duties required of the position seamlessly and that my high energy and affable attitude will be a positive asset to your organization. I am very eager to speak with you as soon as possible and can reached through phone or email.

Respectfully,
Nicholas Ogbuehi
