About Tiana
I have just sat my International Baccalaureate exams, and I hold several offers to study medicine including at Imperial College London, University College London and University of Manchester starting in September. In my IB diploma, I am predicted a total of 43 points out of 45 (the equivalent of A* A* A* at A-Level) which is testament to my academic drive. I am looking to transfer the skills that I have gained serving as Deputy Head Student at my school and mentoring younger students in Maths, Chemistry and Biology to real-world settings, cultivating a nurturing educational environment where I help students to overcome anxieties surrounding STEM through empathetic communication.
I have extensive experience supporting peers academically, explaining complex concepts clearly through leadership and academic roles during sixth form. As an incoming medical student, I have strong subject knowledge and up-to-date familiarity with current GCSE content and exam boards.
