My teaching methodology for flute is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I believe that learning flute should be a joyful and meaningful experience for every student. I begin by understanding the student’s level, interest, and goals so I can create a personalized learning plan. This helps students feel comfortable and progress at their own pace.
I focus strongly on motivation by encouraging students and appreciating their efforts. I set small and clear goals so they can see their improvement regularly. Communication plays a key role in my teaching. I explain concepts like breathing techniques, finger placement, posture, and tone production in a very simple and clear way. I also make sure students feel free to ask questions.
With integrity, I guide students honestly and help them build strong fundamentals step by step. I correct mistakes patiently and support their learning journey. Creativity helps me make lessons engaging by including songs, exercises, and fun practice techniques.
Along with flute, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm, and listening skills to help students become confident musicians.
