About Leo

My journey of 11+ years in teaching and professional work has been shaped by a genuine passion for education. I teach Singing to School and College students and enjoy helping learners discover their musical abilities, strengthen their confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward learning.

I believe that effective teaching should be simple and personal. I first understand the student's level and goals and then guide them through breathing, pitch, rhythm, vocal control, pronunciation, tone, expression, and performance. I provide clear explanations and practical exercises that help students improve step by step.

Every student has different strengths and challenges. I respect these differences and adjust my lessons according to individual needs. My goal is to make students feel comfortable while encouraging them to challenge themselves and continue growing.

A significant milestone in my career has been helping students prepare for school and college performances. Watching learners develop from nervous beginners into confident performers has been deeply rewarding. Their success shows how much can be achieved through regular practice and positive guidance.

I also believe that singing is a powerful form of self-expression. I encourage students to use their voices to communicate emotions and develop their own musical personality.

My teaching philosophy is based on patience, understanding, consistency, and motivation. I teach students that mistakes are part of learning and that improvement requires time and effort. I celebrate their progress and encourage them to keep moving forward.

Singing can support students in many areas of life. It can improve concentration, confidence, creativity, discipline, communication, memory, and emotional expression.

After 11+ years of experience, I remain passionate about helping young learners. My goal is to make every lesson inspiring and meaningful while helping students build strong singing skills and lasting confidence.

For me, the greatest reward is seeing a student believe in themselves after discovering what they can achieve through music.

About the lesson

I use a personalized and student-friendly methodology for teaching Singing, with Motivation, Communication, Creativity, and Time Management as its main foundations. I believe every student has a different voice and learning journey. For this reason, I first understand their experience, musical preferences, goals, strengths, and challenges before planning lessons.

I use Motivation to help students develop confidence and enjoy the learning process. I set small, realistic goals and encourage students to notice their improvements. When they experience difficulty, I provide patient guidance and positive feedback. This helps them remain focused and understand that progress comes through consistent practice.

Communication is central to my lessons. I encourage students to ask questions and openly share their concerns. I explain breathing, vocal warm-ups, pitch, rhythm, tone, pronunciation, dynamics, and expression in clear and simple language. I also use practical demonstrations so students can understand how to apply techniques while singing.

Creativity helps students become expressive and comfortable with their voice. I use songs, vocal exercises, improvisation, listening activities, rhythm practice, and performance preparation. Students are encouraged to explore different styles and create their own musical interpretation. I can also teach related areas such as music theory, ear training, rhythm, basic musicianship, and performance skills.

Time Management helps students develop consistent practice habits. I teach them how to divide their available practice time between warm-ups, technique, songs, and revision. By setting achievable weekly goals and reviewing progress, students learn to use their time effectively. My goal is to develop confident, creative, expressive, disciplined, and independent singers.
