About Tillu
I am a committed and experienced flute teacher with over 11 years of teaching expertise. I guide beginners, intermediate, and advanced students from schools, colleges, and professional fields. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and encouraging.
I start with breathing exercises, embouchure development, tone consistency, and finger precision before moving to advanced techniques and expressive performance. Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, and ear development to create complete musicians. I believe consistent practice and proper guidance lead to long-term success.
My unique ability is adapting my teaching style to suit each learner’s needs and pace. My goal is to help every student become a confident and expressive flute player.

My flute teaching methodology emphasises consistent progress and expressive playing through Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity. I guide students step by step, starting with posture correction, breath control exercises, embouchure alignment, and tone stabilisation. Once a clear sound is achieved, we work on articulation precision, finger coordination, and rhythmic fluency.
I personalise lesson strategies to match individual learning preferences, using demonstrations, repetition, and structured practice plans. Flexibility allows me to tailor lessons according to performance goals and learning pace. Collaboration encourages students to actively participate in planning their improvement journey.
Positivity helps maintain enthusiasm and builds confidence during challenging techniques. Alongside flute training, I provide instruction in music theory basics, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear development, and stage performance confidence.
