About Tom

Teaching-artist, Tom Stroll——Director at MindfulMusicLessons.ORG——is a Singer-Songwriter, CLASSICALLY-trained VIOLINIST & JAZZ-trained SAXOPHONIST, who studied PIANO & earned his bachelor’s in music theory & composition at NYU and has taught over a dozen instruments:
STRINGS, VOICE, HORNS, PERCUSSION, & PIANO!

Stroll has accompanied choirs & musical theater troupes on ukulele, also played in rock bands, jazz bands, symphonic orchestras, as well as produced & co-wrote alternative pop rock records.

Stroll draws on a vast range of experience in film, tv, apps, games, web dev, print, radio, cooking, athletics, & theater to share BIG ideas SIMPLY, & in different ways so you (or your child) not only HEAR, but also UNDERSTAND, & REMEMBER the music/topic.

About the lesson

Welcome busy moms, dads, grandparents, (semi-)retirees, & music-lovers! :) to 1-on-1 ONLINE instruction with a Pro (Ages 7 to adult).
