About Kruthi
I have learnt and practiced Bharathanatyam for the last 18 years and completed my professional examinations. I have also dabbled in Contemporary movement and Kathak for a few years. My interest in dance comes from a healing perspective, I encourage students to explore their bodies, locate their emotions and heal through dance. I also help students with innovative movement techniques and yoga for weight loss, strengthening and building core strength.
