I bicycled from Michigan to Seattle, solo, unsupported with a cargo trailer to haul my tent, in summer 2020.. I have completed 26 Birkebeiners.
Methodology
I instill the basics, and then try to understand what problems may hinder the individual student. I want to turn the whole thing upside down

I am a licensed physician (board-certified in family practice.) I have instigated the Allegan Area Aerobic Activity Association. Student of Tai Chi, and zen buddhism. Happily married for 47 years. Father of two healthy children who have never been arrested.
