About Raj
Hi, I’m Raj — an ACCA-qualified accountant and ex-Big 4, now working as a Business Analyst across finance, specialty insurance and business transformation. I know the path you’re on because I’ve walked it. I started in accounting, broke into Big 4, then made the move into Business Analysis — so I understand both the technical finance world and the change/transformation space most coaches can’t speak to. I also know how much of career progression isn’t in any textbook: how assessment centres are actually scored, what makes a Big 4 application stand out, how to position an accounting background for a BA or transformation role, and how to talk about your experience so it lands. Whether you’re preparing for interviews, sharpening your CV, breaking into Business Analysis, or accelerating in finance or transformation, I’ll give you honest, personalised guidance based on what actually works — not generic advice. My aim is simple: help you build genuine confidence, develop the right skills, and secure the opportunities you’re aiming for.
