Hi! My name is Q. I am a 24 year old self-taught Spanish speaker! I am proof that anyone can learn a second language, as I am dyslexic and was self-taught by age 9. I learned Spanish through a technique I developed called "Real Life Learning" which helps you integrate Spanish into your everyday life, making learning more engaging and fun! Hi! My name is Q.
I am a self-taught Spanish speaker, I have been fluent for over 15 years. Learning a new language can be hard, which is why it's important to make it fun and engaging.
A typical lesson plan with me could look like:
Listening to Bad Bunny or Aventura together and breaking down the lyrics together to get a better understanding.
It could also look like watching one of my favorite shows, "El Chavo del Ocho" with subtitles and talking through what we see and hear.
Learning Spanish doesn't always have to be difficult conjugation worksheets and quizzes. I've found you can gain real and effective understanding of the language through doing your everyday activities in Spanish instead of English!
My lessons are for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and beginners.
