About Norma
Ms. Norma is how everyone knows me. I have been teaching for over 25 years. I presently teach multiple subjects as a substitute at my local school district. My assignments are from PreK through 5th grade. I teach Reading ARL, testing. ESL (English as a second language). Spanish. I also tutor small group learning with students who are underperforming and students with special needs.

My approach is no two children or adults have the same style of learning.
I taper my lessons accordingly and use different techniques used by school district curriculum.
At the same time l implement other programs available.
My goal is to get the students to learn which is my objective.
