About Camille
I am a registered nurse, I live in the United States for 2 years now. English became my main language, I perfected my academic English to obtain the IELTS but also enriched it through my social and professional relations. In France I already gave English tutoring classes to students whose level went from 6th to 12th grade. Here in the USA I followed from September 2018 to January 2019 a level C1 writing class in a university. From January 2019 to June 2019 I also took a class of oral and communication level C1. C1 is on the European scale the equivalent of "experienced use of English".

I base my classes on the level of the student in front of me. The objective of the first course will be to evaluate the achievements and highlight the objectives of the student, what are his expectations? Does he want to improve his written English, oral or both? I can teach general English or academic English. My professional and social experience led me to learn both.
The course structure will be established using a syllabus that summarizes the course.
For example course number 1: introduction - setting objectives - level assessment.
Course number 2 : english conjugation.
Course numer 3 : Idioms.
Depending on the audience, I would teach my classes in a fun and dynamic way.
Each course will be divided into two main parts, one written part and one oral. I make the adaptation a key word, if the student wishes that the course is done only in English we will speak only in English. If his weak point is the written one, we will devote more time to grammar, conjugation and the learning of the English writing style.
Again, depending on the student if he wants to assess his level after each course I can provide him with knowledge tests that I would correct for the next course. Nothing is obligatory the student does more or less his course "a la carte". He sets his goals and I give him the tools to achieve that.
English must be learned in a fun way, especially for children. I will make sure that the hour passes in the blink of an eye and that you leave enriched in knowledge!
