About Lily
I am a first year university student studying for a bachelor’s degree in English, French literature and Spanish.
I have experience tutoring children aged 8 to 14, teaching them new concepts, helping put them these into practice and assisting with assignments/homework.
I enjoy connecting with students, boosting their confidence and instilling in them passion and enthusiasm for the subject I am teaching.

Depending on the various levels or needs of each individual student, I approach tutoring them in different ways. I generally start by explaining the theory of the concept, then make the student repeat it back to me, give them an opportunity to ask questions and then help them put it into practice by various exercises or activities.
