About Victoria
Japanese is my second language having grown up speaking it at home with my mother, family friends in the Japanese community in Los Angeles, and with my family in Japan on visits. I have been a private tutor of Japanese language for six years to children, teens, and adults with individuals and in small groups.

Lessons are 30-45 minutes depending on preference. We learn the building blocks of reading, writing, speaking, and simple conversation skills to prepare students for possible visits to Japan and/or Japanese language courses. Students will learn the Japanese alphabet, how to properly write alphabet and kanji characters, pronounce vocabulary correctly, watch Japanese tv programs for comprehension.
