About Roselba
I have been an educator for over 24 years, 21 of them as an ESL teacher and have not looked back since then. There is nothing that brings more satisfaction and happiness into my career than seeing one of my students succeed.

As an experienced ESL teacher I bring a variety of skills, attributes and areas of expertise to the table which include communication skills, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, patience, creativity, assessment, language development among others. A typical day in my K-5 classroom includes a framed motivation to activate student's prior knowledge, word play activities where we study words in depth, reading closely and differentiated tasks that promote active participation among my students. I once read that" teaching is watching caterpillars turn into butterflies and everyday I see more butterflies around me.
