About Steven
I’m a Houston-based billiards and pool coach with over 6 years of competitive experience, including league play, tournament wins, and regular competition in local pool halls. I bring real match experience into my coaching and am an APA Level 6 player.
I’m also the creator of the Mr. Hope Pool YouTube channel (500+ subscribers), where I share serious drills and fundamentals alongside fun challenges that make learning pool effective and enjoyable.
In 2024, my wife and I attended the Mosconi Cup in Florida, where getting my jersey signed by Skylar Woodward was a highlight of our billiards journey.
When I’m not playing or coaching, I enjoy gaming, cooking, and watching pool content on YouTube.
