About Vuyolwethu
My name is Vuyolwethu Memani, and I am a Rhodes University Microbiology and Biochemistry undergraduate student born and bred in South Africa's city of Gqeberha.
I was a pupil at Ethembeni Enrichment Centre for five years. My love for Biology and Geology was consistently reflected in my marks, as I maintained the top learner position in both subjects.
I firmly believe that one would have much to gain from my willingness to be of service to assist in understanding the subjects at hand. I am knowledgeable, resourceful, committed, reliable, trustworthy, and try my utmost best to help when I say that I will.

I aim to take note of the type of learning style that works best for each learner, while incorporating each learning style with what will help a learner understand and remember concepts of each subject better. This means that I take time to gather knowledge about the learner's existing learning styles or study methods. All while sharing the meaning and benefit of each learning style, with the learner.
For example, I would encourage lots of talking and listening for a learner who has an auditory learning style. With methods of teaching changing to suit each person's preferred learning style. The learner is then free to use this knowledge when studying alone.
Lessons are friendly, reflective, interactive, informative. Each lesson will leave a learner with a sense of accomplishment at the end, because taking time to work on what is important is worth celebrating!
