About Mikah
Hello, my name is Mikah and I am currently a biochemistry student! I have had the joy of tutoring students for 4 years and I would love to give you the skills you need to succeed in your courses. I did not always enjoy math, and was tutored for three hours everyday. Thankfully, this grueling process allowed me to achieve A's in math, and I now can say that I greatly enjoy the subject of mathematics. I understand that not every student will love math after being tutored, but I hope that I can give you the tools you need to succeed in your subjects, and other useful studying tips for the future. I am excited to begin this journey together!

My methodology with my lessons is to ask what the student is struggling with and their worries with the topic. Together I make a plan with each student and goals that the student would like to accomplish. I like to go in depth with every concept, with multiple practice problems and examples, until the student feels they have mastered the topic.
