About Humayra
I am a biologist with 18 years of experience in research and supervision, I did my PhD in biology from Macquarie University and Master of Plant Protection from University of Queensland Australia. I taught biology at Macquarie University Sydney at undergrad level.
I am a mother of one year 10 student, and have the capability of communicating with students in a friendly manner. I have excellent organization skills and always try my best to prepare lessons in such a way that students can follow easily.

I will prepare and deliver lectures in the format of a power point presentation to students. The knowledge that will be given out will be consisting of topics covered in the Australian Biology curriculum. Along with this, I will be asking students what they are currently studying in Biology, and what they specifically want to learn.
I can adjust my way of teaching to the students liking, and adapt to their personalities. Students are always welcome to ask questions during lessons, and should be writing down notes throughout the presentations.
I was a casual tutor at Macquarie University in Biological Science department, located in Sydney. I can teach years 10- 12, including University Undergrad students. Typical length of a lesson will be an hour.
