Hi, I’m Emily—a Biological Sciences graduate on the path to medical school, and a passionate tutor who believes that with the right support, every student can thrive. About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is rooted in empathy, structure, and empowerment. A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in to assess where the student is—academically and mentally. I like to end sessions with a short reflection or recap so the student leaves feeling clear and confident.

What sets me apart is that I’ve been that student who had to be independent and self-motivated. I understand what it feels like to want more from your education, and I bring that insight into every session. With a degree in Biological Sciences and a pre-med track, I specialize in high school chemistry, biology, and general science courses. My lessons are designed for students who are college-bound, aiming to improve their academic confidence, or simply looking to make sense of the material in a more relatable way.
