About Tony
Throughout my career, I have taught students of various ages and academic levels, both in classroom settings and through one-on-one tutoring. My tutoring experience is extensive and varied, ranging from supporting students preparing for entrance exams to helping learners build foundational skills in science, math, and English. I always strive to tailor each session to the specific needs, learning styles, and goals of my students. Whether it's boosting confidence, improving subject mastery, or preparing for assessments, I take care to make my lessons engaging, structured, and relevant. I have been a dedicated educator since 2003, working across a diverse range of international contexts including England, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. Originally from England, I hold a degree in Biology from the University of Southampton and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Nottingham. I am a fully certified teacher with over two decades of classroom experience, currently teaching at a private international school. My teaching journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of different educational systems and a flexible, culturally responsive approach to student learning.
