I’m a WHO-certified and ACE-certified fitness coach, currently pursuing Biochemistry. My journey started from a place of deep insecurity—but through science, discipline, and self-work, I transformed not only my body but also my mindset. That’s why I teach—not just to share what I know, but to inspire others to believe in themselves. Whether it's helping a student understand tough science topics or guiding someone through their first steps toward a healthier life, I teach with empathy, simplicity, and purpose.
