About Shivam

I come from a science background with biology as my core subject and have completed my BSc in Agriculture, which has given me strong knowledge in areas like botany, plant physiology and plant pathology.
Beyond academics, I genuinely enjoy learning biology and regularly explore fields like biotechnology, genetics, biochemistry and evolutionary biology out of personal interest.
As a teacher, I am:
Friendly and patient, creating a comfortable learning environment
Focused on concept clarity and easy understanding
Supportive with exam preparation and scoring strategies
During my studies, I used to teach my classmates and help them understand difficult topics, especially before exams. Many students preferred my explanations because I focused on clear concepts and targeted learning.
My aim is not just to help students score well, but to create genuine interest in biology so they can enjoy the subject and explore exciting career opportunities in the future.

About the lesson

In my biology classes for students from class 6 to 12, I focus on building strong conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. I teach in simple English and also use Hindi or Marathi when needed, so that students feel comfortable and can understand easily.
My teaching approach includes:
Clear overview of each topic before deep explanation
Interactive discussion to understand student thinking
Detailed explanations using diagrams and real-life examples
Complete coverage of textbook concepts
Regular doubt solving, practice questions and tests
Beyond just marks, my goal is to help students enjoy biology and develop genuine interest in the subject. I want them to think scientifically, feel confident, and explore exciting future career paths in biology.
I adapt my teaching according to each student’s needs to make learning simple, engaging and effective.
