About Stephanie
I am a recently graduated Biological sciences major. I used to be an academic mentor for a year at my high school where I helped three students with any homework, classwork or projects they had for any of their classes. While serving as an academic mentor one of my students went from having straight Fs in his classes to getting Cs or better. In addition to that, he obtained a student of the month award that year for his progress that was reflected on his GPA.

I am able to teach students of all grade levels and love being asked for help in anything. I always try to approach the subject(s) of the matter by appealing to the students' interest in order to capture their attention and try to make it fun. I find it very important for the student to actually learn and not just memorizing answers which is why I will go over various questions of the same or similar nature so that the student may have a more concrete understanding of the material.
