About Beth
Hi, My names Beth (She/Her).
I am currently an MRes student at Newcastle University studying Translational Medicine and Therapeutics. I recently graduated from UCL with a degree in Genetics. I am looking to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
I love all things science, I am fascinated by how our body works, how we develop diseases and how we can fix those.
I am excited to be a tutor! I also needed a tutor when I was at school and I know how scary having your first lesson can be!
I hope you will enjoy your tutor session with me and I can make science and maths fun!

Firstly, we will carry out a standard quiz in order to understand the areas the student needs help. From there we will identify topics that we will cover weekly. Each week there will be an explanation followed by some questions and tasks and exam question to ensure full understanding.
