About Lindy
I am a researcher with a PhD in biology that I obtained in 2018. I have been giving biology lessons since the start of my masters in 2012 and have taught biology concepts to a wide range of ages and abilities from early secondary school to A level and first year undergraduate courses. On top of this I have 4 years experience teaching ndergraduate biology labs.

I don't have a specific teaching method. I prefer to tailor my sessions to what the student needs and how they learn. This can be done through presentations, practicing how to answer questions, making flash cards ect. I think it is important to make learning interesting and work to understand concepts instead of memorising information.
