About Douglas
I taught Spanish Language for more than 25 years in Guatemala Educational System, here in USA I have worked as Volunteer sinse 2011 to 2016. If I tell you that I have teach almost 10,000, maybe you don`t believe me, but it`s posible, here I worked an estimate of 140 students, I have a few acknowledgement for my job.

I`m Douglas Maatens, optimist, enthusiastic and comfortable working in team, I have worked with PK, K, Elementary, Middle, High and Adult students. With PK and K children I use the Constructivism Method, and the Instructionism Method on Elem, M. H. and Adult students. Collateral to Grammar I guide my students over the Hispano American Literature. Art Disciplines like Poems, Speech, Songs exploring their Artistic Creativities. I observe, evaluate, encourage and provide feedback on student`s performance and development, maintain accurate and complete record of student`s progress.
