About Bella Kate
I am a pre-med student at BYU majoring in Biology. I have played piano for 12+ years and done choir for 5. I have taken several college music courses. I have always loved music and if I'm not playing piano in my free time, I'm listening to music.

I believe that students should have a strong foundation in music theory so they can fully understand the piano. With a college-level knowledge of music theory, I can teach music theory in a way that's easy to understand. I believe that it is not enough to just play the piano but to understand the theory and playing go hand-in-hand.
A typical 30 min. lesson will start with warm-ups including scales, then continue onto the lesson, technique, and theory books.
Lessons fit best for beginners to early advanced students.
