About Emi

My fascination with biology began when I first learned how living organisms grow, adapt, and survive in different environments. I became especially interested in understanding how cells function and how biological systems maintain life. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue advanced studies and eventually complete a PhD in Biology, where I focused on genetics and cellular biology.

During my 6 years of teaching, I have worked with students who wanted to strengthen their understanding of life science. My teaching approach focuses on patient explanations and encouraging curiosity so learners feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas. I believe biology becomes more engaging when students understand how scientific concepts relate to the world around them.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about developments in biological research and environmental science. These interests help me stay connected with modern scientific discoveries and bring interesting discussions into my lessons. Teaching biology is rewarding because I see students become more curious about living systems and gain confidence in understanding scientific ideas.

About the lesson

My biology lessons aim to help students understand the structure and function of living organisms. Biology becomes easier when learners connect scientific ideas to real examples found in nature. In my lessons we begin with foundational topics such as cell structure, biological organization, and the characteristics that define living organisms. Students learn how cells perform essential functions and how they form tissues and organs in complex organisms.

As students develop confidence, lessons expand to include human physiology, genetics, and environmental biology. Learners explore how body systems work together to maintain health and how genetic information is inherited across generations. We also study ecosystems and how different organisms interact within their environments to maintain natural balance.

My goal is to help students develop curiosity about life science while strengthening their understanding of biological concepts. Lessons focus on clear explanation and meaningful discussion so learners can understand how different biological systems connect. Over time students begin to appreciate the complexity and beauty of living organisms.
