About Willow
I received my Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Oregon, where I co-taught high-school biology bridge programs and developed learning guides for students preparing for freshman-level biology. With seven years of online teaching, I’ve developed a style that is rooted in connection, patience, and insight. My students often say, “It finally makes sense now,” and to me, that means everything.

Biology is everywhere—inside us, around us, and woven into everything we touch. I teach it as a story that students already live within. From the unseen world of Microbiology to the blueprint of Genetics and the harmony of Physiology, I show how every lesson reflects something real, something felt.
I don’t rush into big words and fast explanations. Instead, I build curiosity through slow, steady discovery. We explore cells as cities, systems as symphonies, and genetics as the narrative of identity. My students come to see Biology not just as a subject—but as something they’re part of. That mindset prepares them deeply for future college biology, where they’ll already have the confidence to engage with complexity.
