About Patrick
Teaching biology drives me because complex systems become simple once the underlying logic is clear. With an MD/PhD track at Boston University, I apply my 8 years of experience to break down topics like genetics, DNA structure, and metabolic pathways. My approach avoids rote memorization to ensure core concepts actually stick for the long term.
I help students handle biological drawing, homeostasis, and ecology by connecting raw data to the actual scientific method. Evolution and natural selection become logical sequences rather than just facts to recall.

Customizing the pace ensures you grasp difficult molecular biology or inheritance patterns before moving toward exam technique. Clarifying these mechanisms requires patience and a focus on steady progress.
Expect to build independent problem solving skills across all subject areas. I prioritize your understanding so you eventually work without my guidance. Perhaps we can begin with a thorough review of your current materials if that would be helpful.
