About Kim
I have a bachelor's degree in biotechnology and am currently pursuing a master's in biology to further my knowledge. Having the knowledge is of course not the whole picture as one needs to know how to teach it well. Having studied science education and had plenty of experience tutoring students of ages ranging from 9-16, I am qualified to assess what is holding back your child's understanding and create a framework for them to succeed.

My lesson plans are individually crafted for every child, meeting them where they are, unlocking their motivators and tailoring an approach that works best. Visual learners comprehend best from diagrams and charts while kinesthetic learners bloom when given a creative task related to the material. I make sure that my students not only catch up with their peers, but exceed them.
