About Meheret
I graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore county(UMBC) with bachelor of science degree in Biology. I currently work in a biomedical research lab. I have extensive knowledge in biology and other related science subjects. I have previous experience of tutoring middle school students in science and math. I have also previously worked with high school students on college and career preparedness.

I like to first ask what the student understand so far and what they are having trouble with. I then use different explanation and ways of simplifying the question/topic so they can have a solid understanding. I also give tips and ways they can approach similar question/topic next time so they are more confident as they continue to learn.
