About Katherine
I have an Honours degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa, as well as my grade 10 in Royal Conservatory of Music Piano! I made the Dean's list in every semester and spearheaded study groups throughout university. I aim to tutor middle- and high-school aged students, as this age is also where I completed my peer tutoring course.

1. Show what you know: On day 1, I learn which skills a student has down pat and which need focus.
2. Build a learning plan: over a specified number of weeks, I break down the topics, creating summary pages and worksheets.
3. Each lesson, we review what the student learned in class, then use worksheets and pulling techniques from memory rather than rote memorization.
