About Carlton

I am a biomedical science student at the University of Surrey, with a years experience of personal tutoring. As a student who has not long their own GCSEs and A-Levels, I'm extremely familiar with the subjects and their requirements to achieve top grades and help less confident students maximise their potential.

About the lesson

My teaching style is to first ascertain the needs of my students and then help them set a number of ambitious but achievable goals we can work towards over the course of my tuition. These can range from giving high achievers the necessary push to help them achieve top grades, to providing less self-assured students with they confidence they need to perform to the best of their ability. Each student will then follow a tailored plan according to these goals and the requirements of their relevant exam boards to help consolidate their learning.
