About Anjuli
A bit about me. I recently completed a Masters in Control of Infectious Diseases with Merit and hold a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Manchester. I am currently hoping to secure a research position within the healthcare industry. I would love the opportunity to teach because I believe everyone can succeed academically with the right support. I know school can be tough and not everyone works well with the learning styles used at school. I am here to create a positive and encouraging safe space where you can grow and excel and ultimately, find learning an enjoyable experience!

Hi, I'm Anjuli! I have extensive experience as a tutor, ranging from mentoring three GCSE students in Latin during sixth form, to co-running a Chemistry club where I set up exciting experiments and helped younger students who were struggling with the subject. I also volunteered weekly at my junior school to improve literacy skills in 5-6 year olds and assisted a 5-year-old with her reading during lockdown as a nanny. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry and Maths up to GCSE level as I achieved 2A*s and an A in these subjects at A-level but am also able to offer one-to-one tutoring sessions in Chemistry, Spanish and Latin, again up to GCSE level. My lessons typically run online for 1-hour each week and my teaching style involves creating a personalised lesson plan tailored to individual needs, offering a supportive approach and providing flexible scheduling.
