About Max
Hello, my name is Max. I went to Carey Baptist Grammar School and excelled academically, especially in science and math. I received multiple academic awards, including academic insignias for the subjects I tutor and year 11 and 12 academic colours.
I am currently undertaking Bachelor of Biomedicine at The University of Melbourne which has expanded my understanding of the subjects I teach beyond VCE-level. I have access to a wide range of VCE-approved resources as well as my own notes and revision tools, so my students will always have something to work on. I am friendly and enthusiastic about learning and excited to start teaching.

My approach to tutoring involves building student confidence and ability through clear explanation and appropriate practice questions. I also teach my students about exam techniques specific to the subject, and I can provide extra resources to aid studies like summarised notes, cheat sheets, and practice questions.
I offer lessons anywhere from 1-2 hours long, I can tutor over zoom but I prefer to tutor in home or other location (e.g. state library, school)
I tutor grades 10, 11 and 12 VCE students.
