I am currently a product manager at Meesho (one of India's largest ecomm platform). The role majorly involves a lot of problem solving in variety of areas like customer acquisition, supply chain, shopping experience.
I believe core of every problem is
1. You understand what is the exact problem (A lot of people make this mistake where they dont fully understand the problem)
2. Identifying the correct problem is the hardest
