Black Belt teaching essence of martial arts incorporating Striking arts and grappling arts

Alvin brings positive energy and is enthusiastic about your overall progress. I love that he essentially offers you the “key” and does not hold back any detail.

Alvin is an excellent instructor and made it very simple and easy for me to follow his instruction. I highly recommend AOM to beginners, intermediate, and even advanced learners.

The patience and knowledge of the coaches

Training with art of movement has been an awesome experience so far. The combination of knowledge, patients and their focus is second to none. Training with Alvin has definitely taken me to new levels.

Art of movement is the perfect fitness instructional that is out there for any type of human. The program is very well designed and focuses on overall functionality for the body. I would highly recommend this new era of fitness to anyone looking to improve their health life. Incorporating this into my busy business travel life has afforded me the ability to maintain and improve my body mechanics. Normally I would go to physical therapy, message therapist, and yoga however, with travel it is difficult and this movement fitness has been easy to build a routine from anywhere.

Breath work was amazing for recovery and full body coordination exercises that were helpful to my martial arts training, sports and overall mobility and body feel. Extremely knowledgeable coach with lots of experience. I was able to improve quickly with their techniques!

I took boxing and AOM movement one on one classes and coach Alvin helped to make it fun. Great courses and very knowledgeable! Thank you !!

I become stronger and more mobile but also learned so much that I didn’t know about training. Also the workouts were addicting I always looked forward to my next sessions
