I am an ex state semi-contact Black belt sparring (Kumite) champion and a second place holder in a Black Belt full contact division. I hold black belts in Traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Karate & a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I teach Sports Jiu Jitsu which is a combination of semi-contact strikes (kicking & punching), throws & take downs and ground grappling.
There are regulations and rules so training can be safe and enjoyable for all.
I only teach people 18 years old & above and you need to show proof of double Vaccination.
