About Angel

Beginners and intermediate players often find themselves stuck inside the repetitive loops of pentatonic scales when they should be making music. Hearing the raw, distorted snap of a guitar string under my fingers reminds me why I started playing at age 8. After 6 years of teaching and 10 years of gigging in rock bands across the US, I focus on practical skills like electric technique, music theory, and lead guitar phrasing.

My education at Belmont University gives me the tools to demystify complex modes and chord transitions for any student. I want to help you stop practicing dry drills so you can finally start writing your own songs or soloing with confidence.

About the lesson

How would it feel to skip the boring exercises and get straight to the songs you actually want to play? Keeping the momentum high is my primary goal, so I prioritize real world applications over mindless repetition.

Because I have 6 years of experience, I know exactly when to push you and when to slow things down to ensure you are comfortable. Monthly recorded reviews of your progress provide a concrete look at how far you have traveled since we started.
