About Grayson
"Ever wonder how your favorite records capture that raw energy while maintaining perfect pitch? Playing in 5 bands and touring the East Coast taught me that the best music happens when theory meets the stage. I earned a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music Performance at Berklee College of Music to ground my playing in discipline.
After 13 years of professional work, I focus on scales, modes, and instrument maintenance to keep you sounding sharp. I help students navigate songwriting shortcuts that actually work during live performances. Expect a direct, groove-oriented approach that keeps the focus on real musicality rather than dry academic drills."

"Struggling to connect basic scales to the songs you hear on the radio? You should know that those complex riffs are often just simple patterns hiding in plain sight.
I break down electric technique and blues progressions by linking them to songs you already enjoy playing. My lessons focus on practical mechanics, grade exam preparation, and finding your unique voice on the fretboard. You can book a free trial session to assess your current level and define clear goals for your practice. I promise a lesson environment where we skip the fluff and focus on getting your hands moving correctly right away."
