About Kasey
Reading sheet music and ear training are just the starting points for my home visits. Have you ever wondered why playing perfectly in your bedroom feels different than playing in front of a real person? I prefer you try and fail right here with me rather than stay safe alone.
My musical path involved plenty of mess, which helps me stay grounded when your own progress hits a snag. Teaching confidence is just as important to me as teaching tuning and maintenance or complex strumming patterns. I treat both as essential skills.

Getting started involves a diagnostic skills check before we map out your path. I show up at your house with my amp and pedalboard in tow.
We skip the fluff to get right to the lead guitar and music theory work. You get an 8.0 level of focus on the things you actually struggle to execute.
I keep things loose to ensure the process remains fun. We figure out exactly where the gaps are.
Then we fill them with gear and grit. Playing loud is the best part of the job. Making noise together is always better than struggling in silence.
