About Kai Ian
I was born in sunny Singapore, where I completed high school and two years of mandatory military service before studying at the University of New South Wales as a medical student. It was my passion towards biology and the sciences that drew me towards the medical profession, inspiring me to work hard and eventually achieve my dream of entering medical school. As a tutor, I hope to be able to help students do the same.

Hard work and discipline is key in the pursuit of academic excellence. At the same time, I believe that a keen interest in the subject and motivation is just as important. As such, I actively employ patience and adaptability as my teaching philosophy.
In line with my devotion to being adaptable - lesson duration, time, location, and even rates are negotiable :)
As a student who also struggled academically in the past, I wish to impart my gained experience and knowledge to students whose position I was once in.
