About Ellie
Graduating from the Curtis Institute of Music shaped how I view the guitar as a complete polyphonic instrument. I recall many late nights refining acoustic technique until the phrasing felt entirely natural.

Your first lesson starts with a thorough run-through of your current abilities. I like to hear where you are stuck. Given my background as a concert pianist, I apply a high level of discipline to guitar pedagogy. This means we focus on steady rhythm and clean articulation.
My 10 years of instruction inform how I solve technical hurdles. I hope we can create something meaningful together.
