About Charles
Graduating from the University of North Texas with a BMus Jazz Guitar degree changed my perspective on music. Truthfully, I started by copying cassette tapes and messy tabs in my bedroom.
That self-taught curiosity still drives my 13 years of playing. I combine that raw hunger with the rigors of formal jazz theory. Whether you are a kid or an advanced hobbyist, I focus on songwriting and acoustic technique. Power chords and barre chords are just the beginning of what we cover.
My teaching style remains honest and hands-on for every single student. Reach out if you want to explore the fretboard together.

Does your current practice routine feel like it is missing a clear direction? Feedback is the heartbeat of my instruction. I break down complex fingerpicking and strumming patterns into digestible pieces. Performance focused students benefit from my jazz fusion background.
I draw on 13 years of experience to keep our momentum high. This structure works for hobbyists and serious players alike. Claim a free trial session to assess your starting level today. Results follow consistent effort.
