I am a certified yoga instructor and also Pursuing Bachelor in yoga And Naturopathy I am practicing Yoga for more than 6 years. Through Learning yoga a person knows his/her body and mind better and yoga is the best way to maintain your physical health. Learning Yoga improves our Mental, Physical as well as Spiritual Health.
