About Jess

Who am I?
I am an easygoing person that just loves to meet other people, talk to them and help them along with something they are interested in. I am an open book, so please feel free to ask away and I might even share some of my grandma's German recipes or travel tips.

About the lesson

Learning a new language isn't always as hard as you might think. I found the easiest way of learning is to start with something you are passionate about. Do you have a favorite movie? - great, watch it in the language you want to learn. You like music? Look up songs you might like or sound good to you and translate the text and understand what they are singing about, and sing along. You like talking about a specific topic? Let's find the right words in German and we talk about it for hours if you like. Little steps and easy conversations can go a long way instead of forcing vocabulary and structure into your brain, just so you lose interest and forget them straight away.
